The dvd fortunately was still in good enough condition to watch besides the minor scratches that likely came from the broken case. Item was indeed new as plastic was still wrapped around case but fell apart right when it was taken off. 3 stars but please look into a more protective way of shipping your items.

The outside of the shipping box was undamaged. Kind of sucks. Not sure if I want to return and reorder just to have a mint pop box. A credit of some kind would be appreciated. Definitely would buy from again despite the small problem.
