When I emailed they told me they could not find the order, to send the order number. I sent it and they told me they did not have the order, although I sent a screen shot of the sale. After multiple emails I launched a dispute, but by then the window had closed for eBay to resolve it. So now I am taking them to small claims. Would NOT recommend this seller as they are not responsive to errors on their part. ZERO STARS!

I think they did their best, under the circumstances, but need to rectify the shipping problem.

I'm assuming it worked it's way out of the hole. I contacted the seller and they sent me a replacement quickly. So this was a great transaction. Thank you to the seller.
