Customer purchased and supplied incorrect address. So instead of contacting about getting address changed they ordered another one with the new address. They tried cancelling the original one and ebay (not me) said too much time had gone by to cancel. First order has been refunded but buyer still leaves negative review for some reason and blames me for everything. There's Ebay for you
