The heatsink is in brand-new condition, as described, and works perfectly well. A tracking number was originally not given, but when I asked, one was provided, which is rather bizarre. I'm not entirely sure why the seller didn't have the tracking number posted when the order shipped, but it didn't affect the arrival time of the package either way.
