      Better than being tethered to MS for the rest of my life!

      So far so good. Bought this after MS inactivated the installation of Office Plus (which I had received when I was employed) leaving me without access to a ton of info that I had in Outlook. Then they tried to sell me a subscription to the online Office 365 - which would have left me paying for it EVERY YEAR!! So this was a great option. I'm retired and don't need all of the "bells and whistles" - most of which just drains performance anyway and has little use to me. I was happy to get a standalone Software that I can reinstall if needed.

      Well worth the money and I don't have to pay yearly for 365!

      Everything works OK, as it should. I have always been partial to the OFFICE products. My only problem is getting things moved to the safe sender's list. Some email addresses work fine, others take a few repeat attempts.

      Second try is the charm

      I easily installed this on my new laptop. Unfortunately, a short time later, I realized the display on it was defective. I returned it for a new one. Unfortunately, I couldn't install Office on the replacement because the key had already been used on the first laptop. They were nice enough to provide a new, valid key. Now I am good to go!

      My Clients Prefer Older Office for Ease of Use & non-subscription

      Many of my clients dislike the newer versions of Microsoft Office, especially the subscription versions. So Office 2010 is an excellent product with all of the features that 99% of the people like and need.
