Poor Packaging. Item arrived non functional, but not due to shipping damage. Seller apologized that it didn't work on my end, but only offered a $50 credit for an item that was described as fully functional. Seller stands behind a "no returns" policy even for items not as described. I own one of these and am familiar with its operation. This item was clearly broken and described as functional. I was forced to ask e-bay to intervene, and they made it right.
