The seller was very accommodating to my requests for changes to this style with excellent communication. The boots were made to order and delivered very fast, about three weeks. The leather used is quality vegetable tanned top grain. Workmanship is excellent. Each boot came in an individual shoe bag inside a lidded box. The quality was higher than I expected at this price.
