I have to be honest. When I opened the outer shipping box, expected to see Yamaha’s box with the oil and filter for my GP1800R HO ski. But there was no Yamaha box, the oil filter and paper funnel Yamaha supplies in their kit was in a Ziplock freezer bag. Good thing, because the 4 qts of the correct Yamaha oil and the freezer bag were in a large plastic bag, and every plastic oil bottle had slightly loose caps, and had leaked a very small amount of oil!

Item was as described in the ad but arrived in poor condition. I asked about parts (brackets) before purchase and was told that they were there. They were not. The item was thrown into a box with no packaging around it and got damaged further as seen in the pictures. Was promised replacement parts for what I was told was there, didn't get them. Basically, I will never do ANY purchases with these guys again and would HIGHLY suggest that anyone reading this review do the same. Negative X 1000000.
