    A MUST READ for Anyone With ANY Pains

    Dr Sarno is a genius. If you have any pains in your back, legs, neck, you must read this book. Statistics show that your bulging discs and compressed spine are NOT causing the pain. We all swallow lots of aggressions and surpass our anger and fear. Just knowing this convinced me and my back pain if 10 weeks disappeared! Since reading it the first time in 1996, I have had no back pain, and I also have bot had a serious cold for the past 20 years! I did not call in sick once since 1997! Please read this book!!!

    A book worth having!

    This book has healed a number of friends of mine just from reading it. Unfortunately it is a paperback and a bit pricey. I have had to buy more copies to lend out, but it is worth it since the information is so powerful. The author must have really hit on some real truths to have such impact on people who read it.

    it works

    Upon the first reading, thought it was wishfull thinking, but after reading it a second time it made sense. After a year of pain to have it simply dissapear was wonderfull. I recommend this book to anyone suffering cronic pain that seems to come from nowhere.
