    A real "Self-Help" book. Words in this case speaks louder than pictures. lol

    Albert Ellis and Robert A. Harper methods in this book, suggest how to get to the point of addressing internal and external issues. It can be hard work, and people may not be able to do it on their own, but at lease a person can begin to understand why they may be irrational in how they think. Shoot, if a person started out as an adolescent with being raised with the methods suggested within this book, it would and can keep a lot of nonsense down to a minimum.

    This product was exactly what I wanted. It is a great read and gives much new information and opens new doors for studying counseling techniques and ideas. I've really enjoyed this book...easy to read and easy to understand. Great!

    a guide to rational living

    This book was easy to read. It seemed to just babble on. I had to have this book for a class. It helped me to see several things and how you can change your thought processes to become a better person to yourself and others.
