The adaptors will snap on the F1 terminals. but are very loose and will move when touched. This will lead to high resistance and heating of the load wires. I had to reform the adaptor on the F1 side to fit tight. They are made of aluminum and will open up easily. It took a couple of attempts for each adaptor to get a tight fit.
