    Great Battery replacement for Ring Doorbell!!!

    My old ring doorbell battery was not holding is charged at all! It would be drained in two days! This new battery has only used 5% in a week. Also I do not know if it is because of my battery replacement or some update on the app but now when somebody’s at my door and immediately shows up on my phone without me having to go through the ring app. I highly recommend this battery replacement I think it was about $10 less than any other retailers.

    Works but no Quick Release Clip for Ring doorbell

    I was disappointed when I received the battery because I didn't carefully study the picture before purchasing. It is listed as an OEM Ring battery replacement. However, it does not have the clip to hold it into the doorbell. The only way to use it is to tape it into the doorbell and hope the tape holds throughout the use until the next charge. The battery does fit and, although I haven't tested the overall life of the battery, the specs seem like it should last a while. I wrote to the company and was told to use my old clip. The OEM clip does not come off. Just disappointed there is no quick clip included.

    Good to have a spare !

    It's always good to have a spare battery (or maybe 2) - especially for "Security" devices like the Ring Video Doorbell ! ... This one arrived just in time, ... as the cold weather drains the battery's power more quickly, and the one in my Ring needed replacing soon ! Having the spare allowed me to swap batteries quickly instead of having to wait for the original battery to recharge !

    Not for every ring device.

    Does work in the Ring Doorbell. The batter does not have the metal retainer clip found on Ring battery packs. This didn't matter in the ring doorbell and they work just fine. However if you try to use them in the Ring spotlight cameras you will need to figure out a way to make the battery stay in place. I was not able to make it work for the spotlight camera, but as stated above it does work in the doorbell due to the different design in the cover. So far performance has been fine and the ring doorbell recognizes it and gives me accurate charge information.
