After this conversation I waited a week for the item to ship. The seller neglected to ship the item out in the allotted time. They were quick to acknowledge their mistake and the item arrived about a week later. Not the best experience, seller came through in the end. B+ ebay experience. Item arrived as described.

I did but when i asked them to pull the restrictions so i could file a claim, he stopped responding. He’s a crooked thief. Check his negative reviews. He sells counterfeit snap-on items.

Had an issue with shipping, as the original shipment showed delivered, but not to me, to another address on the other side of the country. I alerted the seller and they researched this and agreed, apparently it was returned to them (for no reason). They were great with communication and let me know they would ship it right back out to me. They provided a new tracking number and the item shows duplicate today. Good seller...

Seller had great communication and notified me that the one they had was defective one and asked I waited a bit so he make it right and send me a new working unit vs sending me a known defective one. Would recommend seller based on honestly and fulfilling the order.
