Such an easy process. 2010 Mazda 6S Grand Touring 4D Sedan speakers stopped playing music. I used a voltmeter to check the white/Teal wire under the passenger floor kick panel in the huge blue wire harness and there was 12V getting to that wire so I knew the amp was getting power and the amp must have went bad. They email you twice during every step of the way, I received, like, 8 emails total lol

This experience was amazing! All the symptoms in the description of the repair service was exactly what I was experiencing and Lexus could not tell me what the issue was and at two different dealerships--I was told an absurd price that I was just NOT going to pay.
