    Received quickly, model & box are new as described in ad. However, make sure you ask seller to pad your model well enough, I didn't, and unfortunately, the car mirror was detached during shipping due to great lack of padding around model box. See pics. Other than this, communication was lacking as well, I wanted to kindly let the seller know about a certain problem I had at first, but never received a response (I do understand they might be quite busy with sales etc, but this is part of it).
