  • my favorite cookbook

    I bought this book because I checked it out from the library and didn't want to give it back. I had tons of post-its marking different recipes and didn't want to return the book until I could transfer them into my own copy of the book. I have been a vegetarian for 15 years and have gotten so sick of eating the same things all the time. There are so many recipes in this book that are wonderful and my non-vegetarian husband loves them too. I cook out of this book almost every night. I have other vegetarian cookbooks, but some of them have such weird and hard to find ingredients that it is more of a pain to try to cook them. This book is not like that. We love it!

    This cookbook offers vegetarian recipes for good home cooked food. The recipes use normal ingredients you have in your kitchen. If you need a meal that is satifying, "like mom use to make", but with a vegetarian twist, this recipe book is for you!
