Solid Unit, Great Price
The Senville 18000 is well built, totally reliable, and efficient enough to save us 36% on our power bills last winter. At -20 C it still performed faithfully. I just recently purchased a second identical unit for my basement. I have no hesitation in recommending this unit to anyone.

This is the second unit. The first one I installed at my Mom's place and primary put in in for the heat mode. With radiant electric baseboard the floors were cool. the heat pump circulated the heat more evenly. The second unit I installed at my place for the cooling feature. Quiet and more even cooling. Might move to step 3 and talk my Sister-in-law into getting one. We are the envy of the neighborhood. Good deal for a good product. Highly recommend for both heat and cooling.This is the second unit.
