Arrived safe, three weeks earlier than expected. Excellent packing, instructions and workmanship. Fully equipped. Easy to handle and install. Performed well on tests. Quiet, both compressor and condenser, as good as the 10 y.old Fujitsu we have and quieter than anything else I have heard. Capable of producing a lot of indoor heat even at +30C outside temperature and dries and cools very well at this temperature. Hope it works long and as well as advertised in extreme cold weather. Great value.

    Fantastic cooling and heating

    Easy install. Good instructions. I had no option and had to mount near my wall mount tv against your recommendation. It is however working just great in my setup.

    Sweet deal for something so good! 1/6 the price of Fujitsu or Mitsubishi!

    Came in excellent shape and good timing. Fairly easy to install. Extremely quiet! It's heating my 1400 square foot home easily at 7 C. 2 -4 cents an hour to heat right now!!! Thank you! I'll be buying 4 more for family. Keep improving the efficiency, and noise levels!

    Very nice product!

    Install was fairly straight-forward considering I've never done one before. I bought their wall mount as well, and everything went together very nice. Runs quiet...hardly hear either unit. Heat works well...haven't tried the A/C yet since we're heading towards winter.
