  • Chef Trivia, Marvelous.

I loved the book because of the trivia aspect of cooking. I have good friend who is a marvelous cook and a brainiac. Finding a trivia book full of Chef tricks of the trade made for the perfect gift. I also very much appreciated the quality of the product and the actual winning bid price. Buying used books on E-Bay keep them out of the trash.

  • 6001 Food Facts & Chef's Secrets

Great book. A must for any kitchen. Contains tips, ideas, measurements, recipes, food origins, etc. Just a great book to have. I've already pulled it out about three times when looking for into and I haven't had it that long. I'm very glad I purchased this book and have recommended it to friends/family members that like to cook.

  • takes you back in time

I have found several this in this book, that I have already tried out and Dr. Bader know what he is talking about. I have enjoyed reading this book and when I run into something that I'm not sure, I always use my book. Keep in close by on the Kitchen counter. Just wonderful.
