Item was listed as Media Mail shipping in which I paid almost $3 for. Was told that the seller listed the item incorrectly and instead just put the item in a stamped envelope, no tracking. After waiting for almost a week I had to file with eBay and they forced the return. Tried to resolve this with the seller but they just kept telling me to wait.Reply from: bink77- Feedback replied to by seller bink77.- Feedback replied to by seller bink77.Explained to this buyer that eBay blocked my ability to use Media Mail and the cheapest option allowed to me was over $8.00, to ship a 4 page paper manual, so I placed it in a padded envelope put a 2oz stamp on it, drove it to the post office, walked in and placed it in the drop box....but every day he messages me that he did not receive it. This was a $12.00 sale that I now lost and in all likelihood this is going to show up to him as he does understand that things are delayed due to COVID.Follow-up from: e***a- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.Bink was EXTREMELY rude after I decided to share my experience buying from them. As mentioned, I attempted to resolve this with Bink but they kept telling me to wait and now the blame is on me as a customer for leaving NEUTRAL feedback.
