FedEx is the worst period for everything! The sell company was so great. I spoke with a really wonderful woman who understood right off the bat when I called and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. The box ended up in the trash but I saved this seller and would highly recommend them to anyone for sales in the future!

My only advice is they should look into lower shipping costs, so they can lower shipping price to customers, as this was almost a deal breaker for me. Charged $14.13 to ship a box that weighed less than 2 pounds. There are cheaper options out there. To their credit, they worked with me on the price to get price per unit to an acceptable level for me to purchase.
