    it did not feet on the end of the hose you will need to buy more parts to go with it. if it came with ever thing you needt to put it on

    it did not work it come's end come pleat will not go on the end of the fluval black hose you will have to get more parts

    Replacing A Strained Strainer

    The part replaced the strainer on my Fluval 406, which had developed a crack in the neck and was in jeopardy of coming off of the intake tube. The part is not clear, like the original, but this does not concern me as a run a pre-filter sponge over the strainer. Hopefully this part is made of a more stringent plastic and will last longer than the original.

    They should explain that it doesn't stop your siphon or it doesn't stop water from getting back to filter. Tgere is no Real use for it. Thanks
