    True southwestern cooking

    When I moved to New Mexico 20 years ago, the Pink Adobe in Santa Fe is where I went to treat myself. The Gypsy Stew (recipe in this book) is still my fave make-for-company dish. Although Rosalita has gone to heaven, her book lives on. This year I bought TWELVE of these, from eBay and Amazon, to gift my Women's Group up in Illinois for Christmas. :-)

    Pink Adobe Cookbook

    I purchased this book after meeting the authors daughter, Priscilla. I suspected her Rosalea was as accomplished a cook as Priscilla is an artist. I was not disappointed. The recipes are a surpurb mix of Creole, Tex-Mex, Southwest fusion? Really undescribable. Try one and you'll be flipping the pages for more.
