    Wellsprings, an outstanding book for spiritual growth.

    Anthony de Mello (1931-1987) was a Jesuit priest and psychotherapist who became widely known for his books on spirituality. The books of Father Anthony de Mello were written in a multi-religious context to help the followers of other religions, agnostics and atheists in their spiritual search. This book frequently refers to Jesus Christ, whose disciple Father Anthony de Mello professes himself to be, but is also meant to be for people of all spiritual affiliations. This particular book “Wellsprings” is a book of spiritual exercises. The exercises can be done alone or in a group. Each exercise gives the reader a series of questions or ideas to consider, to think about, to search ones soul for the answers to.     Spiritual buffet, fantastic!

    Simple but profound, something for every level of spirituallity and humanness SOOOOOO excited to find it in Australia I think after loaning out this treasured book and unable to find it for 15 yrs. Some new precious information and insight gleaned from each visit again to these pages.
