Great, Little, Tales Of Murder & Suspense With Good Audio & Video Quality
This is a very good, "Critic's Choice" edition of all seven WHISTLER movies. They are lurid, film noir flicks based on an old radio program. The Whistler is an all-seeing presence who narrates the tales of suspense and intrigue. No two are the same and Richard Dix stars in all but one of them. They are good, old fashioned entertainment and pretty well done. William Castle directs three of them. I can recommend this DVD set to all fans of old time Hollywood and radio.
