nice packaging good price but when I went to tighten on of the wires down the hole stripped out put it back in my original and tightned down fine would be nice if they came with new screws installed it and didn't work my old one works but one of the prongs are broken off going to see how difficult it will be to get it replaced overall fast shipping. descent price. and looked to be good quality now let's check customer service

Item was as described in the ad but arrived in poor condition. I asked about parts (brackets) before purchase and was told that they were there. They were not. The item was thrown into a box with no packaging around it and got damaged further as seen in the pictures. Was promised replacement parts for what I was told was there, didn't get them. Basically, I will never do ANY purchases with these guys again and would HIGHLY suggest that anyone reading this review do the same. Negative X 1000000.
