Seller showed item was in stock , promised shipping within 3 days. After 10 days I called directly and they said they would call me back but never did and claimed person that handled orders was on maternity leave. Sent multiple messages to them which were unanswered. Had to get item from alternate source as I needed urgently for a project. Then 14 days later a remanufactured item shows up and not even close to the original . Ending up returning . Poor customer service.
