Arrived 2 days early in fair condition, packed in polystyrene and a strong box. Manual and original box were missing. Remote had corrosion on battery terminals and the player had a small dent that was hidden. Due to these problems, Richard offered me a partial refund which I accepted. As this isn't suitable for me to use, it will be sold on my Gumtree profile. Postage costs were OK as was dispatch time. Good communication and service from Rich and I will buy from him again!
