  • This book was extremely helpful!

When I received this book I read it from front to back in three days. It was one of the most helpful resources I have read so far. When someone with IC is in as much pain as me and then you realize that this is a life long disease you will have, you get discouraged. But this book helped me ease those concerns and gave me concrete information and tools to ease not just my worries but my pain as well. It also helped me talk to my doctor better and gave me really good questions to ask at my next appointment. The doctor was so impressed that she copied the name of the book down so she could buy it and read it as well. If you want a good book, this is definitly on my top 10. Brenda Spokane, Washington

  • Book great. Quality not.

The actual book, and the information in it is great. The quality of the book though was not as good as I hoped. There were random coupons and pieces of paper, as well as a lot of writing inside the book. I was giving it as a gift, and ended up not being able to.
