No heat? This fixed it for me.
My 96 Chrysler T&C LXI van had only cold air from the dash in the winter and this was all it took to fix it. This actuator is inexpensive and easy to find on eBay so they probably wear out often. When the dash has separate driver and passenger heat controls there are two of these. I replaced both while working on it since they are next to each other. The return system is the pits!
