Good product at a fair price compared with OEM replacements.
The actuator and cam are direct replacement for the OEM. The cam is a little difficult to time with the door arms, but doable. This is no fault of the replacement actuator, but one of the engineering issues with the silverado and like trucks. Nothing easy. The operations check was good and the functions work normally now.

Cheap vary Cheap part stay away from Dorman they have sold us out.
Poor made part Dorman let us down on this, I had to order a ACDELCO to get it to work right boy do i want my money Back. This part is not functional. the part will not work on a 1999 Silverado is made too cheap to move the doors nothing wrong with truck. I bought 2 Dorman both failed to perform I bought one ACDELCO and it worked like a champ. I will proof the facts i have stated to anyone of interest Dorman KNOWS this part is no good. Please People do not buy DORMAN they are screwing the public, Dorman use to stand for Quality now stay away their parts are problems.
