    One of the most powerful devotional books since the beginning of the 20th Century! It has sustained thousands of believers in Jesus in times of persecution, deep trials and tribulations in their lives! Cowman compiled the devotional journals of saints of the last two thousand years of this God that was with them in the deepest and darkest times in their lives! “ though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, You are with me, your right hand upholds me.....” Psalms 23 experienced by over a hundred men and women and their God and Savior, Jesus Christ !

    An absolutely wonderful daily devotional!!

    This was originally published in the 1920's and has had its language updated to modern times. However, the content is so important today and I found the book so terribly moving and meaningful, I bought eight other copies for family and friends.
