    Excellent workout video

    I really enjoy this workout video. I'm learning to belly dance and Dolphina breaks every move down. She is easy to follow, the music has a good beat. I am a beginner who has tried several other belly dance videos and this one is my favorite.

    I Iove LOVE Dolphina!! Her teaching is easy to understand and follow along.

    If you have ever tried any of Dolphina's other Belly dance DVDs and enjoyed them, I highly reccommend this one! I have been using this one for 2 months now, and I STILL end up sweating hardcore after I am done =) Deffly a great workout for the price! She adds on to her basic Belly Dance lessons from Belly Dance Basics, and tosses in some Cardio as the title says. All in all, its an awesome workout DVD.

    Great workout for all ages

    The Goddess Workout is a very inspiring workout for individuals who have already reached a weight goal. I am 63 years old and have a nice figure but constantly have to work to stay toned because of my age. The Goddess Workout encourages as well as inspires me to put the DVD on and work those abs! Plus it has a routine section which I like because it adds an extra sense of accomplishment. I do not need the DVD to preform routines once I have memorized the lessons. Great incenttive. Pat Gaydos

    The Goddess Workout: Cardio Bellydance

    I have the other Goddess workouts and this is the best one. I do this kind of workout on a light day and it's perfect for that. It is a lot of fun, gets you moving and concentrates on the movements more than the other did. The teaching is better for a person who is new to or only does bellydancing for fun/exercise. I enjoyed the dvd. Not a major heart pumper, but fun and good.

    Cardio Bellydance is a great DVD!

    The DVD was at a pace that is easy to keep up with if you are a beginner or if you want to do a wworkout at a slower pace. I love the music that was used for both the workouts and the performance by Dolphina at the end and would like to purchase it. Please send me the info on how I can do that.
