Fixed the problem 2003 Grand caravan.
I had a transmission fault code and it would not go into any other forward gear than 2nd. I dropped the oil pan and did not notice any large metal shavings stuck to the magnet. Changed filter and oil with no results. Read in a forum that it could be either sensor or the shift solenoid. Purchased this set which is of great quality and replaced it. Note (have wd-40 and a green scotchbrite to remove old gasket.). It takes some elbow grease. After replacing all three it shifts smoother than it did two years ago. Way cheaper than a transmission shop if you have a few basic tools and a 1" wrench.I had a transmission fault code and it would not go into any other forward gear than 2nd. Browsed through a few different shift solenoids when i stumbled upon this one. Absolutely worth it , authentic Mopar, and driving my car (02 PT Cruiser) it was like night and day. Car was stuck in first gear from one day to another and sometimes couldn’t get out of reverse. Not anymore this simple kit changed everything. Thank you!

Slow or no engagement
Replaced this shift solenoid on my roommate's van. Before it would slip out of gear if stopped at idle, took revving or manually shifting through the gears to get it engaged. Installed this and the new speed sensors. It shifts very nicely again. Only installed it a few days ago so I can't attest to long term but so far works great.
