As a child I had severe eczema and as an adult I periodically have rashes. pimples, and other skin issues. I use it every day in the shower. I no longer use shampoo and use this soap to wash my head. After use you do not want to leave the soap in a pool of water because it tends to dissolve. I make sure it is dry after use.
