    This is a great book and advice given truly helps to lower cholesterol versus taking statins. I will not take statins because I watched how ill they made my Mom. So my doctor told me to make changes in my diet to do the job. Well I started looking online and found this book. Believe me it works!! Now, I am fully aware that some individuals still have to take the statin medications and I advise them to do that but also follow the advice in this book. You will not regret it. The book also points out food that is good/bad for your cholesterol.
