Packaging needs more thought: box literally enormous for the volume of content and no padding was used to restrict movement, so 13 boxes of filters were free to rattle around inside. I suspect a significant part of their business is based on hoping customers won’t bother to return.Arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging and given the somewhat excessive price for a single pizza box I contacted them seeking at least a partial refund given it would be an absurd waste of resources to return a torn piece of cardboard but their customer service is abysmal and their only response was to tell me to request a refund (but they only offer an option to return).
