    Excellent communication. Delivery faster than expected. Size C chair struts gave the extra height in a Size B chair as requested and advised. New struts seem to be a quality product and certainly better than aging 10 year plus originals they replaced. Whilst not the fault of supplier the removal of original struts was significantly difficult and people should be aware before attempting. Adjustment of height lever pressing gas button required but done easily. Will buy from supplier again. AAA+
