    Life Changing

    I have read all of Eckhart Tolle's books. This one is a simple yet profounding book. It's filled with 'signs' to keep you pointed in the right direction. To be still, present in this moment since its the only moment we truly have. It is helping me transform my life and so simply. It's a choice that if you want enlightenment all you have to do is read a few sentences to be brought to this moment in time and problems solved. With practice it gets easier and easier. The more you are in the moment the better life is and less unhappiness and negativity pervades your mind. You are not your thoughts!!!!

    The title hits the heart of the book

    This book shatters the mold of self reflection books and provides an excellent, effective, and easy approach with a sustainable positive effect for the serious reader. For those that might be looking for some additional peace and don't want to be told to assume this position and sing that chant, this is the book for you. It is not someone trying to make more money with a lot of talk about inner peace and all they do is copy someone else's material and change a few words here or there, while the whole time they keep telling you why you should buy another one of there books. After reading Stillness Speaks you can find yourself throughout the day being reminded of natural ways to change your thoughts at any time for a better day. The best inner peace style book I've read.     great book. it's a short one with a lot of pointers. definitely helps you realize your own ego and how much you identify with. makes you realize what drives you to do the things you do and also what you think about.
