    Essential reading for the baseball fan/player

    I have been a big fan of this book since I first read it in 1999. I had struggled in so many aspects of the mental side of baseball for many years as a player, and this book clarified and brought to my attention, very solid practices in becoming a mentally-solid baseball player. As a fan, it really helps you appreciate how much a player has to endure in a 162-game season, and how important it is to be a mentally-sound ballplayer. Essential reading from H.A. Dorfman.

    Mental Game of Baseball

    My son loves this book; full of easy concepts to grasp and practice. It is helping him improve his skills by not focusing on the technical aspects of a skill, but by focusing on the MENTAL conditioning to play this difficult, and very strategic game.
