Item had several areas that were chipped but not where they could be seen by anyone just looking from a distance. Fitment isn't perfect either but they will work with some slight modifications to them and once they're wrapped you won't see the flaws either.

Seller communication was great. All my questions were answered before I bought the item. Shipping was timely. The hood was packaged great and arrived timely. Freight shipper communicated the arrival time. The product itself was not for me. I kept it for about two weeks and sold it. I was not fully on board with the quality of the product. For the price point, I think it's okay, but for something as prominent as a hood, the imperfections need to be minimal. This was not the case.
