I received the machine in a non-working condition but the seller was very helpful and helped me fix the issue.
All the issues on the machine were caused by the handling during transportation and were easy fixes (just inserting connectors back to their sockets).
The manual is badly translated into english, and is hard to understand but it's possible to decipher what it means.
The machine can cut and strip 24 AWG wire consistently.

Don't waste your money this heater is not suitable for a residential property. It needs to be hard wired into the mains fusebox and needs a 100Amp fuse which is more than your residential property can cope. Communication from this seller is very poor and ignores messages to the point where I had to get eBay involved avoid at all costs
