Poor communication, actually no communication. I have reached out to this seller several times with no response. Such a disappointment. This also inconvenienced me as I needed these items for a event and it really made a mess of things not knowing if or when shipment would arrive and they were paid for. I had to wait till after the last estimated delivery date to get a refund which made it difficult to replace the items since my payment was taken with this seller.
