Five Little Monkeys always monkeying around!!
My 2-and-a-half year old Great Niece LOVES this book/song/video...but those Monkeys just neverseem to learn to stop jumping on the bed! ;-)

Not the ending I expected!
I bought this book for my 2.5 year old daughter. She had been singing the song, "5 Little Monkeys Jumping on the Bed" a lot, so my mom found her the cute little finger puppets that go with the book & I figured she needed the book to go along with the puppets...I found it right away on Ebay & for a great price! However- the ENDING of the book was not what I was expecting- NOT what the song portrays! It ends with all the bandaged monkeys back in their bed, and it shows the Mommy monkey going off to her bed (you think to go to sleep FINALLY after calling the Doctor 5 times to deal with her bouncy babies) TO JUMP! Not the message that I wanted to send my kids...that it is perfectly "Ok" for the parents/Mommy to break the rules....OTHERWISE a good book. Cute illustrations that match the finger ... I bought this book for my 2.5 year old daughter. Monkey's delight young and old!
I bought this book because my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter had heard the story and loved it. This book was in excellent condition and the fact that it was a board book, really was a nice surprise. I don't recall them advertising it as a board book. The pictures are adorable and the story as cute as can be. It's my granddaughter's favorite book!
