    Surprised How Powerful!

    When I unpacked this vacuum to replace a several decades old Windtunnel, my wife said it looks like cheap plastic! She then turned it on and pushed to back and forth on the carpet. Her next words were, "WOW! This has way more suction than the old one!" So its a keeper!!! We truly think it is a big improvement over the old one! Does a great job on tile floors too!!

    Great carpet Vacuum for under $200

    Great product. Plastic looks kinda cheap, but I'm no expert and honesty don't really care about that. Function wise it's great -- lots of suction, powerful carpet brush wheel with adjustable levels, headlight, and easy to use. I haven't had it long enough to need to empty it, but I'm sure it will be fine. If you have a mostly carpeted place, and don't want to spend more than a couple hundred, here's your vacuum.

    Bagged is better.

    I've always loved Hoover products, and the bagged ones are the best. I've had a Shark bagless one for a while, and haven't been happy with it at all. Bags are much easier and cleaner to change than the cup in a bag less one. So far the Hoover vacuum has performed really well and I am very pleased.

    Not good dollar value.

    Hard to push on carpet. Does not have the quality feel that other Hoover’s we have had. Seems “plastics” and cheap.
