    Seller communicated very clearly with me, any potential downsides were given beforehand just in case. Item worked perfectly and was in excellent condition. The game I bought was listed as not having a case or manual, but I ended up getting both, which technically counts as a communication error but I greatly appreciated that inclusion and had no problems with getting extra stuff.

    I just looked back and the seller actually told me beforehand the item was new and still in the case, so that's a complete fluke on my part for not remembering the conversation and not checking it just in case. Communication was 100% clear, I am just stupid.

    awesome delivery time but when taking off the tape from the games one of the labels completely ripped off :(
