    very good book for Oregonians

    We live in the Western Oregon Willamette valley. There's a wide variety of migrating and year round species, Many birds come to enjoy the many agricultural crops grown here. They often use our feeding station. This book, with it's many photos and plainly written text get lots of use! It has enhanced our knowledge. Makes a great gift for our Oregon friends!

    Birds of Oregon Field Guide by Stan Tekiela

    This book is small enough to place in a back pocket. It lists great photos and characterists of every bird in Oregon. I found this book at a garage sale and use it frequently. My nephew (6) came across this book and had to have it because he loves birds. He has counted every bird in the book and when he comes to visit he brings his bird book to identify the birds that exist in our country yard. I had to purchase this book for him so I went on Ebay to find it and bought him the same book. Very pleased with it!
