If you would have contacted me first, I'm more than happy to resolve things. The decals are 3M vinyl, with a very low defect rate. We're happy to replace them when a defect is found. The buyer is located in Ohio, and it hasn't been above 50 degrees in over a week. The directions do state that it needs to be 50 degrees or higher or the decals will not install correctly. Thank you.
