    Carb Counters Diabetic cookbook

    This cookbook seems to have some good recipes, although I've only tried one so far. My disappointment is that there are no pictures. Hard to picture what the recipe will turn out to be without pictures.

    carb counter diabetic cookbook

    My wife has found out she is a diabetic. The book has lots and lots of very useful information and recipes for her. The book is in excellent shape and was very much worth the price. Go to a book store and price one. They are quiet pricey. I would advise anyone who needs a book for health issues to check out ebay before going to a regular store. Archie

    good collections of easy to fix low-carb recipes

    Not too exotic, not too difficult, not a lot of expensive ingredients used. Information included on nutrients. A good book of low-carb recipes for diabetics whose doctor has told them to watch carbs.

    Excellent Cookbook

    I bought this cookbook because my husband is a newly diagnosed diabetic. Learning that carbs are what we have to watch was new to us. The book is a great learning tool to help us control and still gives great flavored recipes. The recipe's are easy to follow and normal ingredients. I've looked at other cookbooks and this is one of the best.
