When you want the best
Been looking to upgrade to a critical care level scope. Had trouble isolating murmurs especially in prehospital environment when a hypotensive septic CHF patient was in front of me. Tried to cheap it out with German copy and the diaphragm dislodged first time I tried using it. There's no substitute for the real deal. ADC is useable at lower levels, but the difference was clear first time I used this scope. Sounds were clear, isolated split S without problem.
